Making Places has just returned from our first landing on Gunkanjima!
Unfortunately we weren't able to spend as many daylight hours as we would have liked on the island. Thanks largely to the recent proliferation of cruise boats that circle the island, daylight access is limited, and we found ourselves literally running acrosss the island to record what pictures we could. However we were able to return that night.
